The 2025 List
An independent list fully curated by the Hyperight editorial team.
The Nordic 100 list recognizes 100 new names each year, spotlighting fresh voices in the fields of data, analytics, and AI. This isn’t a competition, but rather an effort to bring the community closer by celebrating those actively contributing to these fields. We highlight professionals from mid-size companies, enterprises, academia, vendor organizations, and government initiatives – individuals who are driving innovation and shaping the future of data, analytics, and AI. These include thought leaders, practitioners, and innovators developing new ways of working, products, or services that push the boundaries of the industry. The Hyperight Nordic 100 in Data, Analytics, and AI 2025 is organized into nine categories: Data Management, Business Analytics and BI, Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, Data Engineering, Applied Analytics, Innovation and Ethics, and Diversity and Regulation.
The Nordic 100 list, which introduces 100 new names each year, celebrates the exceptional work of individuals driving data, analytics, and AI innovation. These individuals selflessly share their knowledge, inspire future generations, and encourage fellow practitioners to follow their lead. This list is not a competition or ranking – it’s a recognition of those making a real impact in the field.

Curation of the List
The 2025 edition of the list is fully curated by the Hyperight editorial team (Editor’s Choice). The list is also open to nominations from the Nordic data community (Community Choice). Anyone working with Data, Analytics, and AI in the Nordics can apply or nominate someone else. When curating the list, we consider three main criteria:
Leadership and Innovation
Individuals who have shown leadership and innovation skills within their or many other organizations, demonstrating and advocating the importance and value of Data, Advanced Analytics and AI.
Influence and Engagement
Engagement with the broader Data, Analytics and AI industry is important. This can include being a member of an industry council, speaking at industry conferences or taking part in meet-ups, creating knowledge-sharing and collaboration activities, having published research or showcasing thought leadership through different channels.
Delegate Feedback
On rare occasions, we select Nordic speakers whose presentations have been received with great enthusiasm by the delegates attending Hyperight events.
