Content Terms & Conditions

By submitting a post on Hyperight.com or applying as a Contributor, you agree to the following terms:

1. Independent Contractor Status: You are an independent contractor, not an employee or partner of Hyperight. You are not entitled to wages, remuneration, or employee benefits for your submitted content.

2. Content Ownership: You retain copyright of your submitted content and may post it elsewhere. By submitting to Hyperight.com, you grant Hyperight a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, and display your content across various media, including advertising and promotional materials.

3. Submission Guidelines: Submit content following Hyperight’s Content Guidelines and any additional instructions provided.

4. Independent Development: You acknowledge that Hyperight may receive or create content similar to yours from other sources. You are not entitled to compensation for Hyperight’s use of similar content.

5. Release and Waiver: You permit Hyperight to publish your name and related information (title, company, bio, image) with your content. Hyperight may disclose information about you as legally required under GDPR or similar laws without notice. You waive any claims arising from authorized use of your name or likeness.

6. Contributor Commitment: As a Contributor, you commit to submitting at least six (6) pieces per year. You decide when, where, and how often you write. You may provide content for others at any time.

7. Contributor Benefits: In exchange for your content, Hyperight offers premium access to Hyperight.com and free access to the Data Innovation Summit. This is the sole compensation; no additional payments or royalties will be provided. You must not represent yourself as a Hyperight representative at events, even if you submit related content. Violation may result in the removal of your posts and the cessation of future submissions.

8. Complaints, Inquiries, and Choice of Law: If you violate these terms or if complaints arise about your content, you are responsible and agree to indemnify Hyperight and its affiliates. This agreement is governed by Swedish law, and disputes will be resolved in Swedish courts.

9. Termination: Hyperight may choose to use or discontinue your content at any time, with or without notice. Notices will be sent to your specified addresses and are considered delivered upon receipt. Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically.

We may send you updates about the Hyperight Contributor Program and these terms via email.
